  • He’s the classiest sausage your eyes have ever feasted on, literally. It was Beaks & Sons’ campaign that saw the London-born, Sydney-based photographer, Billy Plummer, and Limehouse Creative staring into the face of the beefiest bloke on the block. The idea behind the campaign lies in the high quality of Beaks & Sons sausage. “We created an upper crust sausage who’s in complete denial of being one. He wants to be relocated to the prime meats section of the supermarket to prove he’s no common sausage,” says Duncan Harriss from Limehouse Creative. But it was Billy Plummer’s ability to capture expressions so brilliantly that helped Limehouse Creative bring the sausage man to life.
