With an increased interest in urban beekeeping, hands-on experience has become an important method of passing on both knowledge and enthusiasm to keen new beekeepers. Having hives in a variety of city spaces becomes a positive point for community education and interaction, while also building on environmental awareness and showcasing the important role of these amazing pollinators.
