Alan Zhao, Under the moonlight (LANDSCAPE 2021)

This is a series of pictures taken at Pinnacles Desert located in Nambung National Park, near the town of Cervantes, Western Australia. After a first visit during daylight, I was amazed by the formations and textures of thousands of weathered limestone pillars. I decided to come back at dust to explore a bit further. I truly enjoyed wandering around the limestone pillars as if I was standing on the surface of another planet! When I was exploring different formations of pinnacles the moonlight became brighter and brighter as the sky get darker and darker. It is interesting to see the differences in the rays of moonlight amongst these three pictures captured through the camera lens.
