Daniel Browne, The Manta Dance (ANIMAL 2022)

Working with manta rays on the Ningaloo has been an experience i will never forget. Watching the courtship between mantas is the main reason i picked up a camera in the first place. My love for these beautiful, intelligent animals has grown more and more over the years. The "Manta Dance" is where a female releases a pheromone into the water, the males pick up on it and the chase begins.
