Declan Paton, Steadfast Love (Wedding: Single Shot)

I had the privilege to capture my friends beautiful wedding & the opportunity to take some portraits on my parents property over looking Mount Barker Summit, South Australia - It's always been something i've wanted to do, taking photos on my parents property, it is stunning, I've been so fortunate to grow up here. The light was fading quickly, I had a shot that I've always wanted to take - I quickly ran down the steep rocky valley almost tripping multiple times to get the other side, there I took that photography - it was how I've always envisioned it & so much more - this photograph is now my favourite piece of work because; it not only captures beautiful property and people, it captures my friends, my family, my home.
