Jack Miller, Princess Archetype (PORTRAIT 2023)

A series of images from a collaborative series produced in 2022 exploring The Princess Archetype. In its metamorphosis from the common, colourless caterpillar to the exquisite, winged creature of delicate beauty; the butterfly has become a metaphor for transformation and hope around the globe. This flows through the princess - she has yet to learn to work with her inner power as the foolishly awaits her prince charming to come to her aid. Her potential is dormant, only until awakened by a crisis or challenging time in her life. Only then she has the opportunity to transform into the queen inside of her.
