Tara Sharma, Nobody's Conquest (TRAVEL 2026)

In 2024, I visited Greenland. I was awestruck by its immense, alien surroundings and resilient people. Life is primarily based around hunting, fishing, dogs, and the all-encompassing ice. It is singular and should be protected at all costs. However, Greenland is heavily susceptible to climate change and fraught by tenuous geopolitics. Unfortunately, it is uncertain how long this exceptional, precarious territory can retain its unique character.
