Edi Ivancic, Nautica (ARCHITECTURE 2022)

The Wollongong city skyline is currently undergoing a high-rise development boom around the city CBD. Most of these developments are modern residential apartments with unique design styles. I was drawn to the boutique 'Nautica' building with its distinctive arrowhead balcony. I emphasized this eye-catching feature in this collection of images.
