Jonathan Steinbeck, Narooma's splendid pelicans (ANIMALS 2026)

Narooma on the south coast of NSW regularly has Australian Pelicans visiting the inlet. The Australian Pelican is one of my favourite birds with its large wingspan and colourful bill so I never get tired of photographing them. I took these shots over several months, trying to capture different aspects of the bird.
