SCOTT KRISTIAN KELLEHER, MR WENDAL'S WINDOWS (PEOPLE 2025)

My series includes three different subjects in three different times in three different locations. I'm a street photographer at core and find myself in a variety of environments, engaging with a variety of people from all walks of life. I also like portraiture. I am curious of people and they are my favourite things to document. I'm a Traveller and an outsider even in my hometown. When I strike upon somebody I find interesting I ask if they'd like me to make a photograph of them. Sometimes they see my camera and ask me. Occasionally I seek out a muse for a particular concept. One of each of my captures happened a different way but all were spontaneous and I had not met them until just before my shutter clicked. I live for that brief connection where I can see into the windows of the soul and glimpse briefly what is behind those eyes.
