Lesley Bretherton, Laguna Amarga in Morning Mist (LANDSCAPE 2026)

Laguna Amarga, a saline lagoon on the eastern edge of Torres del Paine National Park in Chilean Patagonia, glows with a distinctive turquoise-green hue. On this particular morning, mist and rain drifted across the landscape, and the soft grey sky deepened the lagoon’s delicate colour, lending the scene a quiet, atmospheric beauty.
