Luke David, Kioi Seido (TRAVEL 2026)

Designed by Hiroshi Naito for the Japanese RINRI Institute of Ethics, Kioi Seido was completed in 2021, this building was designed with no purpose. The brief from the client was that “The functions will be considered according to what has been done, so please design as you like.” The building was rarely open to the public, apart from a brief period in September 2025 as it hosted an exhibition of the architect’s sketches and workings.
