Natalie Perrin, Hidden in plain sight (SINGLE SHOT 2026)

On my last morning after three weeks in Northern Vietnam I spent some hours roaming the old quarter of Hanoi. I found the tiny, narrow shopfronts specialising in single or very few categories. I walked past this shopfront and noticed the clutter before I noticed the man inside his shop. He is so well camoflaged, he is almost invisible amongst the many items stuffed into his tiny shop. As I took the shot, he looked straight at me with an inscrutable expression.
