Lilly Siemon, Flora Obscura (BLACK & WHITE 2026)

'Flora Obscura' explores the intricate inner worlds of flowers through detailed macro imagery, presented entirely in black and white. By removing colour, the element most celebrated in floral photography, I aim to redirect attention to the quiet complexities of form, texture, and structure. Each image isolates a moment of intimacy between the viewer and the subject, capturing what is often overlooked; the folds, veins, and subtle imperfections.
