Peter Riordan, Fire Flowers (Student (2018))

The Japanese word for fireworks is “Hanabi”, literally flower fire or more figuratively fire flowers. I have abstracted the images by using a variety of hand-held and tripod mounted techniques that also incorporate a change of focus during the exposure.
