Nathan Bloemers, Fingers (LANDSCAPE 2021)

I captured these three images at a location I had been eyeing up for about six months. They were taken on two consecutive mornings. I had to set up my camera and tripod back from the waters edge as the waves were splashing up through the rocky fingers. After a wave would explode out of the rocks I had to run to the edge with my tripod and an umbrella to try compose the shot before the next wave hit. I got completely drenched but thankfully the umbrella saved my camera and I managed to capture a couple of images I was happy with.
