"Mumma, it's raining!" I hear this often. Usually he runs out then straight back in because it's cold. But on this day, he played. He splashed. He jumped. "Mumma! Watch me spin!" He laughed. He looked up at the sky, wonder and appreciation on his face. What a simple joy, rain. Yet he made it magical.
