Steven Genesin, Boobook Dreaming (SINGLE SHOT 2026)

Nestled in the thick foliage of a suburban garden tree a small group of Boobook owls decide to seek refuge. Sometimes alone, or in pairs, these owls rest and doze or keep watch on the world below. I take a series of photos over a few days to record this special encounter. Here two owls snuggle up and drift off into peaceful sleep.
