Chelsea Rix, ASCENSION (SINGLE SHOT 2026)

This image was taken at one of Australia's largest electronic music festivals - Earth Frequency Festival of a performer in a flow state and it's just one of those moments that when you see it back, you have to take a step back and do a double take becuase its so breathtaking. I'm extremely passionate about women's empowerment and festival photography, and this image shows the two colliding. The title ascension reflects both my personal journey and artistic growth. She looks like she is reaching for the heavens to bring back knowledge from a higher realm.
