Magnum Photos is currently running its Square Print Sale, titled Odyssey, organised in collaboration with The Photographers’ Gallery. The sales event, which runs for a week, features works from over 100 photographers exploring themes of travel, memory, and social change.
The collection includes prints from a diverse range of artists, including Martin Parr, Daidō Moriyama, Eve Arnold, Nadav Kander, Steve McCurry, Juno Calypso, and Karen Knorr.
The sale marks nearly 80 years of Magnum’s focus on independent photography. According to Michael Sargeant, Global Digital Director for Magnum Photos, the 'Odyssey' theme encompasses both physical journeys and long-term documentary projects involving specific people and places.
Shoair Mavlian, Director of The Photographers’ Gallery, noted that the partnership aims to make high-caliber photography more accessible to the public. As a registered charity, proceeds from the sale will go toward supporting the gallery's ongoing programs and exhibitions.
Sale Details
The sale features museum-quality 6x6” prints that are either signed by the photographer or estate-stamped.

Selection: Over 100 different images.
Format
Magnum Square Prints are printed on 6x6” (15.24x15.24 cm) archival paper; image size is 5.5” (14 cm) on the longest side. Images will not be cropped but will instead have white borders.
They are not editioned by quantity but by time, as these items will not be available outside of the online Square Print Sale online.
The images in each sale are always different, and will never be available in this format again.
Price per print is approximately $170 Australian Dollars, with delivery costs on top.
The sale begins at Tuesday March 24 – 12:01am Sydney Time, and finishes Tuesday 31 March 2026.
