About the image
This was shot on my Canon R5, 24-70 Mk2 and a CPL filter on a flight from Queenstown to Auckland in 2021. The effect is completely in camera due to the CPL filter, combined with the sun's angle and the airplane window all combining to create this rainbow in the ocean.

Australasia's Top Emerging Photographers 2023.

Australasia's Top Emerging Photographers, presented by Fujifilm, is the region's main platform for discovering and showcasing photographers at the outset of their careers, as well as aspiring photographers. The competition is open to emerging, student, and amateur photographers. The prize pool currently stands at over $24,000, including $9,000 in cash.The best entries will be showcased in the May–July 2023 issue of Capture magazine.
