The Fujinon GF100-200mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR is the newest lens for the GFX medium format system and features a 35mm equivalent focal range of 79-158mm. The rugged lens features built-in optical image stabilisation and weather and dust resistance, being weather sealed in 10 areas. It can operate in temperatures as low as –10°C.
Attaching the GF1.4X TC WR, a 1.4x teleconverter, provides extended coverage equivalent to approximately 111-221mm in 35mm format. The lens is made up of 20 lens elements in 13 groups, including two super ED lenses and one aspherical lens which reduces chromatic aberrations and field curvature aberrations. The lens is equipped with five-stop image stabilisation, while silent and high-speed autofocus is provided by the linear motor which drives the focus lenses.
