Dylan and Joanna Kitchener have been documenting weddings and elopements in Scotland for 10 years. Passionate about travelling and meeting new people, it was this passion that led them to find each other in Australia over a decade ago.
For many years, they searched for ways to express themselves creatively. Eventually, they discovered that photographing people and their stories was what made their hearts race. They’re all about the raw emotion, the honest moments, and capturing how it all really felt. For them, that’s where it’s at.
They live in Edinburgh with their two sons, Bruno and Gustav, and work around Scotland, Europe, and abroad.
Some of their recent accolades include being named Europe's Best Wedding Photographer in 2017 and placing in the Top 3 in 2018 and 2019 in the Way Up North Awards, being included in Rangefinder Magazine’s Top 30 Wedding Photographers, and making it on the list in 2020 of Pro Photo magazine’s Top 50 British Wedding Photographers.
