PSC student named 2018 AIPP VIC Emerging Photographer of the Year

Photography Studies College (PSC) student, Agata Mayes has been named 2018 AIPP Emerging Photographer of the Year at the (AIPP) Victorian Professional Photography Awards. A final-year student completing the Advanced Diploma at PSC, she took out the title with a series of emotive and surreal images. Her photography explores the fragility of the human condition with sensitivity and draws inspiration from classical painting and music to create the mystical images. Sponsored by Epson, the awards were held recently in Melbourne at Eleven40 Studio and Gallery.
